In honor of Veterans Day on Friday November 11, 2016 companies around the country are offering Veteran’s Day specials to those who have served. Below are the ones for Pinellas county.
2016 Veterans Day Free Meals in Pinellas County
Applebees – Veterans and Active Duty Military can select a free meal from a limited menu for Veteran’s Day (must provide proof of service). All current and former military personnel will also receive a $5 coupon that can be redeemed between November 12 and November 27, 2016.
Bob Evans – Free select menu items to Veterans and Active Duty Military on Veterans Day, Friday Nov. 11, 2016. In addition to the meal, Bob Evans will offer a 10% discount from November 12 – December 31 for both dine-in and carryout meals.
Buffalo Wild Wings – All day long at B-Dubs on Veterans Day and active duty military who can receive a free order of 10-12 traditional or boneless wings and a side of fries.
Chilis – Veterans and active-duty military receive a free meal on Veterans Day from a select menu. Must provide proof of military service.
Chipotle – Buy one get one free discount for a small burrito, bowl, or salad on Veterans Day (*from 3pm to close). This special offer is also extended to all Veterans, military, and military spouses (with proof of service).
Chuck E. Cheese – Active and retired military members can enjoy a free individual 1-topping pizza with offer code “5258”.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store – Veterans receive a complimentary Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake dessert to veterans. Veterans Day only.
Denny’s – Free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast for all active, inactive, and retired military personnel at all participating Denny’s restaurants nationwide on Veterans Day from 5 a.m. to noon (with proof of service).
Golden Corral – Golden Corral offers a free sit-in “thank you” dinner for Military veterans, retirees, and active duty members on Monday, November 14th, 2016 from 5 PM – 9 PM.
Hooters – All veterans and current servicemen and women will receive a free meal from a select Veterans Day menu by presenting a military ID or proof of service.
IHOP – Free Red, White and Blue pancakes for retired and active duty military personnel. Select IHOPs will also offer a combo of two eggs, hash browns and choice of two bacon strips or pork sausage links.
Ikea – Free Entree for veterans. Some form of military ID required.
Longhorn Steakhouse – Free appetizer or dessert (no purchase required, no restrictions) to anyone showing proof of military service. In addition, guests that dine with Veterans on November 11 will receive 10% off.
Olive Garden – On Veterans Day, Olive Garden restaurants will offer a free entrée from a special menu to active-duty military and military veterans. Served with unlimited homemade soup or famous house salad and of course their famous warm, garlic breadsticks.
Outback Steakhouse – All active, retired military and veterans will receive a free Bloomin’ Onion® and a beverage on Veterans Day. Must have valid identification. There is also a military discount of 15% off the total check from valid for military members and their families.
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery – U.S. Military – both past and present can get a free Magnificent Seven® meal on Veterans Day.
Red Lobster – In honor of Veterans Day, active duty military and reservists, will receive a free appetizer or dessert from their select Veterans Day menu. Just show a valid military ID on November 10th and 11th.
Red Robin – All Veterans and Active Duty Military get a free dine-in Red’s Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries on Veterans Day.
Ruby Tuesday – Active duty and reservists (with proof of service) may receive one free appetizer up to $10 in value on Veterans Day.
Texas Roadhouse – Free Lunch from a free special veterans lunch menu including a beverage and sides.
